inbetween is a module which integrates TinyMCE,a platform independent web based Javascript HTML WYSIWYG editor control,into Xoops CMS.
It is released as Open Source under GPL and allows you and your users to have a comfortable way to write content on your site.
It has the ability to convert html textarea fields to editor instances.
It comes bundled with an advanced Image manager and a Link-to-content dialog which quickly add links to your published content.
Last but not least it's fully configurable via module's config options.
